Gift
Acknowledgements
It is the foundation's Policy that, regardless of size, each gift
is acknowledged. The Foundation endeavors to mail all acknowledgements
within 48 hours of receipt.
For specific
funds - Special and Agency - copies of acknowledgements are batched
and sent to the designated authority.
Donor
Reports
Annually all
fund holders are provided a report that details a beginning balance,
additions to the fund, distributions from the fund, administrative
and financial management's fees and ending fair market value. Reports
are mailed during March.
Donor-Advised
and Scholarship fund holders normally receive a Quarterly report
detailing the above information.
Special and/or
Agency fund holders normally are provided with a spreadsheet detailing
credits and debits on a Quarterly basis in addition to the fund
report.
