Community Grants

Community Grants typically are awarded to nonprofits for:

• Capital funding for new or improved buildings
• Renovations and equipment purchases
• Seed funding for innovative projects

Application deadline: January 15, April 20, July 15 and October 15.

Note: Community Grant deadlines depend on which sector you are applying for to receive grants (e.g. arts and environment have different deadlines so requests from similar types of organizations are considered at the same time).

Community Grants are made from unrestricted and field of interest funds in these key sectors:

• arts and culture
• education
• civic engagement
• environment
• health and human services.
