Community Grant Programs: How to Apply

Please make sure you have read all the grant guidelines before starting your application.

You are strongly encouraged to call one of our program officers before submitting an application for funding for your organization. It is helpful to discuss with our staff you project and our upcoming deadlines.

We also offer a monthly drop-in day for representatives to visit us without an appointment. Drop-in day is generally held the first Thursday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the schedule is posted on our website. Appointments can also be scheduled for other times with one of our program officers.

To apply for a grant, you must submit an original (plus one copy) of:

• The grant cover sheet
• Your narrative
• All attachments
