Anyone in Hampton Roads can be like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett -- using philanthropy to help people forever.

The Hampton Roads Community Foundation is here to help you find exciting and innovative solutions to current challenges in the community you love.

We can help you design permanent charitable funds -- in your name -- for the causes and nonprofits you care about the most.

Some people give during their lifetimes; others arrange for a future gift through their will or IRA. Donors include teachers, attorneys, physicians, business leaders, a seamstress, an inventor and a grocery buyer.

We welcome gifts of all sizes to existing funds, including the family of Community Funds. With a gift of $25,000 or more, you can create your own permanent, named fund that reflects your special concerns.
