Sally Kirby Hartman, APR, is vice president of communications. She joined the Foundation staff in 1991 after working as an associate editor and staff writer for Virginia Business. She previously was editor of The Tidewater Virginian and was features editor of The Arkansas Gazette. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and Leadership Hampton Roads. She is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America.
