Tim McCarthy, CPA, is interim chief financial officer. Before joining the Foundation staff in 2011, he was a division president for Psychiatric Solutions. He previously worked with FHC Health Systems as vice president of finance and with Price Waterhouse and Old Dominion Foods. He is a graduate of the University at Albany -- SUNY.
